Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive. If 20 days has gone by since your order date, you can contact us via our support page.
We source products from all over the world to bring you special offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
Shipping Days: Orders are usually shipped weekdays with the exception of public holidays.
Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending the parcel will be charged to you.
Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.

- Other Charges: You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
Out of respect to the environment, we have opted for longer, more earth-friendly shipping times. As an eco-conscious business, we try to reduce our impact on the earth as much as possible. We understand some customers enjoy two-day shipping; however, this results in high emissions that negatively impact our climate. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on defects from all items purchased from our store. If you receive a defective item from us let us know within 30 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for you or refund you.
In the highly unlikely case that you are to receive a defective item and you would like to return please take a picture of the defective item pointing out the defect and send an email to our customer support at email@example.com. We answer all customer support emails within 48 business hours.
The faulty item, along with all packaging can be exchanged for the same type of product (subject to availability).
Exchanges for the faulty item can be made within 30 days from the day of delivery. The exchange will be provided once the item has been sent back to us.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Since our items are custom made we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. All sales are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be issued for defective or faulty items within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will not be issued because of buyer's remorse or delayed shipping.
You have 30 days after the date of delivery of your item(s) to exchange or refund the defective item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not correct. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun we are unable to cancel it. We immediately begin to process orders after they have been placed. If it has been within 24 hours of placing your order you can email us at email@example.com to see if we are able to stop your order from processing. We make no guarantees that we can stop the order from processing.
